Excellent product and customer service!
I needed some mini volleyballs with our school logo for an event. I submitted my design and I was thrilled at how quickly I received the proof for my approval. Once I gave my ok, the had my prefer made and shipped in a very reasonable timeframe and well before I needed them. I could not have been more pleased. The quality is superb, too. I will use this company again.
The company resolved a UPS shipping issue. The issue was resolved quickly although it was no fault of the company. The owner personally refunded the amount of an order of customized footballs and the shipping. The order was for a parade(political purposes) UPS dropped the ball with an incorrect address computer glitch. The owner stepped up & put the customer 1st. I will recommend this company to any business or Campaign.

Delivered when promised, in condition expected
We ordered 50 logo'ed mini footballs from Mini Throw Balls as we needed them in a hurry, and they could deliver them on time and in the quantity needed. It was great to be able to configure the design with Mini Throw Balls' online tool, receive a clear proof, and take delivery when expected as they were very clear through each step what was needed from us and by when in order to meet our deadline. The printing quality was uniform across our entire order. The pricing was clearly laid out on their website as well.
